Cingular, T-Mobile stop Razr cell phone sales
Companies say a glitch in Motorola’s wildly popular phone causes dropped calls or shut down; Motorola stock tumbles over 2 percent.
Finally a company stops the sales of a crap product. Sure the phone is hella thin…but it’s a piece of crap. I’ve seen several first hand problems with the new Razor. Bluetooth headset being constantly communicated with while not being used causing the headset batteries to drain…firmware upgrades that cause the headset to drop it’s signal to the phone WHILE talking to someone…all of these problems yet many providers continue to supply customers with a problamatic phone. Welcome to CrzyLand where money talks and cutomer satisfaction is a minimal concern
