California prison officials have begun using Global Positioning System anklets to track known gang members

Well now you can watch game crime live via your home computer…or the new possibilities of “hunting” wild game in the urban enviroment…blah blah blah…what’s the point of this? Sounds to me like a big waste of money…Welcome to CrzyLand where gang members are tracked via GPS
