TiVo and Dish have been battling over a key patent that makes digital video recorders work. A TiVo victoryâ??which experts deem likelyâ??would not only resurrect the fledgling company but also encourage a shift in DVR strategies at the major pay TV providers.

This will be an intresting story to keep an eye on…most cable companies are now giving out DVR systems but they’re not ‘TiVo’ boxes…and TiVo wants to change that…winning this will probally cause an influx of TiVo boxes into America’s homes…frankly the customer will win out in the end…currently what cable companies are offering instead of a TiVo box is sub-par…Welcome to CrzyLand
