Legal Loophole Emerges In NSA Spy Program

An AT&T attorney indicated in federal court on Wednesday that the Bush administration provided legal authorization for the telecommunications company to open its network to the National Security Agency.

So here we go…we’ve found the loop-hole…now I’m sure that there’s no chance the government will supply AT&T or any other company (Bell South, Verizon who claim they have nothing to do with this) who may need to slip through the crack…frankly I think THIS is what’s wrong with the whole system…allowing these companies to supply the government with phone call habits of all their customers…I suppose anytime the government feels like doing something without going through the proper legal channels they’ll have the Attorney General just write them a note…makes me sick…Welcome to CrzyLand
