University server in hackers’ hands for a year
An unprecedented string of electronic intrusions has prompted Ohio University to place at least one technician on paid administrative leave and begin a sweeping reorganization of the university’s computer services department.
The Ohio University may have had 3 servers hacked for over a year…and one of these servers contained the SSN’s and personal information for over 137,000 students…of course the IT security department was stunned and shocked…but then again it WAS Ohio University…Welcome to CrzyLand
