Seems that this device works with barbs located inside the condom. Once the male goes to pull his member out, the barbs hook into the manhood, and much pain is to follow. Now the problem is that you’ve given this S.O.B. a reason to go ahead and just strangle you to death. Of course they say that as long the rapist receives medical attention right away, they will be okay, and have no long term problems. Who seriously expects a rapist to get medical attention.
