Wii the most dangerous gaming system ever?

Could it be possible that the new Wii might just cause injury? It has already been an issue with Nintendo’s legal department involving seventeen pages of warnings from not using the strap on the wiimote while playing games. Never mind the strap, what about hurting the person you’re playing next to? Little tennis game suddenly ends in a bloody nose, chipped tooth, use your imagination. Then there’s the oddly flying remote at the TV screen. Seeing as most of today’s high-end TVs are very susceptible to damage from a blunt object suddenly playing on your “good” TV doesn’t seem like such a great idea. Now before you get mad, sure this might just be me taking things a little too far, but I have evidence to prove my case.

Broken Laptop Screen

Broken Lamp, and a Cut Hand
Now sure some are quick to point out that some of these problems could be avoided by wearing the strap in a proper way, but take a look at this!

How can you WIN when the built in safety device fails?!! Someone has to have an answer. Perhaps a pair of biking gloves would work, but man where could I find some that match my killer new Wii?!

Oh well now see, this is perfect, too bad these guys didn’t have one!
